SmartNetButton
Reference
Returns or sets the top offset between each Picture position and the edge
of the Picture display area.
Syntax
object.PictureOffsetTop [= value]
The PictureOffsetTop property syntax has these parts:

An object expression that evaluates to a SmartNetButton object. |
| value |
A numeric value or constant that determines the top offset of the
Picture area. |
At design time, the default PictureOffsetTop
for the SmartNetButton is set to 0.
Remarks
The PictureOffsetTop will only accept a value greater o equal to
zero. This property can be changed at both design and run-time.
