Key2ID Method

Returns a string that corresponds to the key of a menu item.

Syntax

object.Key2ID(Key)

The Key2ID syntax has these parts:

Part Description
object An object expression that evaluates to a SmartMenuList object.
Key A string expression that evaluates to a menu item key.

Remarks

If the function fails the return value will be 0. Otherwise it will be the ID of the menu item that holds the key.
