Returns or sets the text of the ToolTipText that the ChangeSkinButton
will show when it is visible.
This property can be set at design time or at run time.
Syntax
object.ChangeSkinButtonToolTipText [= string]
The ChangeSkinButtonToolTipText property syntax has these parts:
